Salud sexual y reproductiva con enfoque de género en adolescentes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Guapán, período septiembre 2019, febrero 2020

Objetivo: Determinar los conocimientos sobre salud sexual y reproductiva con enfoque de género que poseen los adolescentes de la unidad educativa Guapán, periodo septiembre 2019-febrero 2020 Metodología: Estudio no experimental, cuantitativo, descriptivo, trasversal realizado con 110 estudiantes a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta, el cuestionario fue elaborado por la investigadora y validado por expertos, con alfa de Cronbach de 0, 720. Fueron criterios de inclusión todos los estudiantes de bachillerato que firmen el asentimiento y obtengan el consentimiento informado de sus padres o tutores. Previo a la recolección de la información se cumplieron los procedimientos éticos de la investigación en seres humanos. El procesamiento y análisis de los datos se realizó con el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 25. Resultados: 33.93% del género femenino tiene excelentes conocimientos sobre salud sexual y reproductiva frente al género masculino (22,22%); en la categoría muy bueno, el género femenino tiene 33,93% frente al masculino con un 40,74%; con relación a buenos conocimientos el género femenino tiene un 23,21% frente al masculino que tiene 31,48%; en conocimientos regulares el género femenino presenta 7,14% frente al masculino (5,56%) y, solo se evidencia conocimientos deficientes en el género femenino con 1,79%. Conclusión: El estudio evidenció diferencias en los conocimientos sobre salud y reproductiva en cada uno de los niveles, según el género; así, el nivel excelente es mayor en el género femenino, pero inferior en los otros niveles (muy bueno, bueno regular) incluso existe nivel deficiente en el género femenino.
Objective: To determine the knowledge about sexual and reproductive health with a gender approach that adolescents have in the Guapán educational unit, period September 2019-February 2020 Methodology: Non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study conducted with 110 students to whom a survey was applied, the questionnaire was prepared by the researcher and validated by experts, with Cronbach's alpha of 0, 720. Prior to the collection of the information, the ethical procedures of the investigation in human beings were fulfilled. The data processing and analysis was performed with the statistical package SPSS version 25. Results: 33.93% of the female gender has excellent knowledge about sexual and reproductive health compared to the male gender (22.22%); in the very good category, the female gender has 33.93% compared to the male with 40.74%; in relation to good knowledge, the female gender has 23.21% compared to the male gender, which has 31.48%; in regular knowledge the female gender has 7.14% compared to the male (5.56%) and, only poor knowledge in the female gender is evidenced with 1.79%. Conclusion: The study showed differences in health and reproductive knowledge at each level, according to gender; Thus, the excellent level is higher in the female gender, but lower in the other levels (very good, good regular) there is even a poor level in the female gender.
