El presente trabajo de titulación enfoca su atención en los elementos menores (carpintería) en las viviendas vernaculares de la parroquia Cojitambo, ya que, en estudios anteriores, con el proyecto: Arquitectura Rural Vernacular en Azogues - Ecuador. Caso: Parroquia Cojitambo, realizado por el Arquitecto Fabián Mogrovejo, se ha demostrado que la zona de estudio es depositaria de un número considerable de viviendas con una tipología constructiva singular. El capítulo 1, contiene las Generalidades que incluye la problemática, justificación, objetivos, donde su objetivo principal es el inventariar los elementos menores de las viviendas vernaculares tales como: balcones, canecillos, columnas, puertas y ventanas de la parroquia Cojitambo, y por último su hipótesis. El capítulo 2, aborda el Estado de Arte que corresponde a los siguientes temas: Arquitectura vernacular, técnicas constructivas pétrea y bahareque, los elementos menores y los sistemas de inventarios, que permitió comprender toda la teoría de sus aspectos más importantes. El capítulo 3, comprende el Marco Metodológico que va desde la localización de las unidades hasta la selección de unidades de alto interés. Se tomaron en cuenta los siguientes criterios: estado de conservación, expresión, solución morfológica y variedad del elemento. El capítulo 4, abarca el Levantamiento y Descripción de los elementos menores seleccionados. Consiste en el registro gráfico y fotográfico lo cual facilitó la descripción correspondiente a cada elemento. El estudio finaliza inventariando los elementos menores a través de fichas técnicas, que permitirán a las futuras generaciones apreciar ese registro del patrimonio histórico y cultural de nuestra zona.
This study focuses on the minor elements (carpentry) in the vernacular housing of the Cojitambo parish, since, in previous studies, with the project: Vernacular Rural Architecture in Azogues - Ecuador. Case: Cojitambo Parish, carried out by the Architect Fabián Mogrovejo, it has been demonstrated that the study area is the repository of a considerable number of houses with a unique construction typology. Chapter 1 contains the generalities, it includes the problem, justification, objectives; where its main objective is to inventory the minor elements of the vernacular housing such as balconies, corbels, columns, doors, and windows of the Cojitambo parish, and finally your hypothesis Chapter 2 addresses the state of art that corresponds to the following topics: Vernacular architecture, construction techniques stony and bahareque, minor elements and inventory systems, which allowed to understand the whole theory of its most important aspects. Chapter 3 includes the methodological framework, it goes from the location of the units to the selection of high-interest units. The following criteria were taken into account: state of conservation, expressive quality, morphological solution and variety of the element. Chapter 4 covers the survey and description of selected minor elements. It consists of the graphics and photographic record which facilitated the description corresponding to each element. The research ends by inventing the minor elements through technical sheets, which will allow future generations to appreciate this record of the historical and cultural heritage of our area.
