Estudio y diseño urbanístico y arquitectónico del Parque Central de la comunidad de Capillapamba del cantón Chordeleg

La investigación presente se realizó entre los años 2013 al 2014 en la parroquia de Capillapamba del Cantón de Chordeleg, la misma que se basa en un anteproyecto en el que se plantea el diseño del parque central de esta parroquia y además que forme parte activa del sector urbano de este cantón. \n Para llegar a un diseño final se siguieron diferentes pasos con cautela. Primeramente se realizaron reuniones con los habitantes del sector considerando cada una de sus opiniones para el diseño, ya que ellos serían quienes disfrutarían del resultado final. Además, se realizaron diferentes investigaciones con el afán de proponer elementos actuales que cumplan con los requerimientos, tanto de la comunidad como de los visitantes, manteniendo los valores recreativos y ecológicos que caracterizan a esta colectividad y al mismo tiempo dando paso a un incremento del turismo para este sector. \n Esta propuesta considera la implementación de múltiples servicios los cuales se encaminan hacia el bienestar y una relación más cercana entre los pobladores. Con la renovación de este parque, la población podrá disfrutar de un ambiente más ameno y divertido para las familias, aprenderán a valorar y cuidar de estas áreas disponibles para su uso.
This research was done between 2013 and 2014 in the parish of Capillapamba, Chordeleg village, the same that is based on a preliminary design for the central park of this parish and that will also be an active part of the urban areas of this place.\n To reach a final design, different steps were carefully followed. First, meetings with the inhabitants of the parish were conducted in order to consider each of their opinions for the design because they will be the ones who would enjoy the final results. In addition, various studies were lead with the aim of proposing actual items that meet the requirements of both the community and visitors, maintaining ecological and recreational values that characterize this community and at the same time leading to an increase in the tourism for this sector. \n This examination considers the implementation of multiple services which are directed to a wellness and a closer relationship between the people. With the renovation of this park, the village of Chordeleg, more than enjoying the a pleasant and fun environment for families, will also learn to value and take care of these areas available for their use.
