Regeneración del área recreativa del barrio Miguel Cordero del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia Ricaurte

Description: El presente proyecto propone la regeneración del área recreativa del barrio Miguel Cordero de la parroquia Ricaurte, área conocida por la hermosa visual que se genera al ubicarse en un lugar de altura superior. Este espacio actualmente no se utiliza de forma óptima debido a que sus instalaciones no están en las mejores condiciones, y es el único espacio recreativo en la zona. La propuesta pretende aprovechar al máximo los recursos disponibles, es decir aprovechar la pronunciada pendiente para generar jardines, así mismo conectar los diferentes niveles con apropiada circulación vertical; también generar propuestas de mobiliario y sus respectivos detalles constructivos.
This project proposes the regeneration of the recreational area of the Miguel Cordero neighborhood located in the Ricaurte parish. This area is recognized for the beautiful scenic overlook due to its location in a higher altitude. Currently, this is space is not optimally utilized due to the fact that its facilities are not in proper condition and it is the only recreational space in the zone. This proposal aims at taking maximum advantage of the available resources; in other words, it targets at utilizing the steep slope to create gardens, while connecting the different levels with an appropriate vertical circulation. Additionally, the projects seeks to propose alternatives for the appropriate furniture and the relevant construction details.
