El presente trabajo aborda la problemática del juzgamiento de adolescentes infractores en relación con la transgresión de los derechos de las víctimas por la imposición de medidas socioeducativas. Para lo cual se analiza las normas y principios que deben observase en vidud de su condición de grupo atención prioritaria frente al derecho de las víctimas a una reparación integral. También abarca los lineamientos de la Justicia Especializada de la Niñez y Adolescencia, la estructura del proceso de juzgamiento y las medidas socioeducativas previstas en el ordenamiento jurídico, En este escenario, la justicia restaurativa aparece como un modelo innovador que a través del dialogo y participación activa de las partes busca alcanzar la responsabilizarían del adolescente infractor, la reparación de las afectaciones a la víctima y -la reintearación y reeducación del adolescente como miembro productivo de la sociedad. Con base a los anteriores aspectos, se hace énfasis en analizar las circunstancias del delito de robo perpetrado por adolescentes, la afectación a las víctimas y transgresión a sus derechos.
The present wok addresses the judgment problem to juvenile offenders in relation to the victim rights by the socioæducational measures transgression imposition. For this we analyze the norms and principles that should be observed by virtue of their status as a priority attention group against the victim rigts to comprehensive reparation. It also encompasses the Specialized Justice for Children and Adolecents guidelines, the structure trial process structure and the social measures foreseen en the legal sistem. In this ecenario, restorative justice appears as an innovative model that through dialogue and active participation of the parties seeks to achieve the delinquent adolescent responsibility, the victim's affectations reparation the adolescent reintegration and reeducation as a productive member of the society. Based on the aspects above, it is placed and emphasis on analyzing the circumstances of robbery crime perpetrated by adolescents, the victims affectation and their rights violation.
