El presente estudio titulado: responsabilidad jurídica de médicos y personal sanitario frente al derecho fundamental a la objeción de conciencia en el ecuador es una investigación exploratoria descriptiva partiendo de la base legal de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico para estableces su posible alcance respecto a la objeción de conciencia en el ámbito de la salud. En cuanto al cuerpo investigativo se empleará fundamentaciones teórico analítico e hipotético mediante la interpretación de la norma y la utilización de la misma, en base a una revisión bibliográfica, histórica y análisis de legislaciones internas de otros países como Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica y España, de igual manera se analizarán e identificará los tratados y convenios internacionales que pueden ser empleados en nuestro país con el fin de establecer las posibles consecuencias jurídicas del personal sanitario frente a la objeción de conciencia.
This research titled: Legal responsibility of doctors and health workers fundamental rights under to the conscientious objection in Ecuador, this is an exploratory and descriptive research on the basis of the legal part of our legal system to establish its possible scope with regard to conscientious objection within the health. With reference to the research group will be applied theoretical, analytical and hypothetical grounds through the interpretation of the rule and the use of itself, according to bibliographic and historic review, and with the information obtained of the national laws of Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica and Spain. Likewise will be analyzed and identified the international treaties that can be applied in our country to develop a framework for legal implications of the health workers in response to the conscientious objection.
