Incidencia en enbarazo en adolescentes y complicaciones que se pressentan en pacientes atendidas en el hospital Teófilo Dávila, periodo agosto 2012-abril 2013

El presente estudio es de tipo descriptivo retrospectivo, el mismo que se realizó con \nel objetivo de investigar la incidencia de embarazo en adolescentes de 14 a 19 años \nde edad y las complicaciones más frecuentes que presentan las pacientes que \ningresan al área de Gineco-obstetricia del Hospital Teófilo Dávila durante el periodo \nAgosto 2012 – Abril 2013. \n \nEl universo está conformado por 1028 adolescentes embarazadas que fueron \nhospitalizadas en este establecimiento y la recolección de datos fue realizada \nmediante revisión de datos estadísticos e historias clínicas. \n \nComo resultado se concluyó que las adolescentes embarazadas constituyen el 25% \ndel total de pacientes gestantes ingresadas al establecimiento, siendo más frecuente \nen edades comprendidas entre 18 y 19 años de edad, la mayor parte de las cuales \nproviene de zonas urbanas de la provincia de El Oro. \nSegún datos obtenidos la tendencia de la sociedad ecuatoriana a vivir en estado de \nunión libre es evidente. El analfabetismo representa solamente un 1% de todas las \nadolescentes ya que la mayoría de ellas cursan la secundaria. \n \nLas complicaciones maternas se presentan en un 45% de la totalidad de \nadolescentes y la mayor parte de ellas cursaron un embarazo con normalidad; \ndentro de las complicaciones se hallan anemia, infección de vías urinarias, parto \npretérmino y preeclampsia las cuales se produjeron en un 30%; además existieron \notras complicaciones menos frecuentes como amenazas de aborto, distocias de presentación, embarazos ectópicos, oligoamnios y neumonía, las cuales representan \nun 14%. \nLa incidencia de embarazos adolescentes es considerable según lo investigado, por \nlo cual es necesario corregir esta problemática ya que es probable que estas cifras \naumenten en las próximas generaciones, lo cual tendrá gran repercusión tanto en el \námbito social como económico del país.
The present study is of retrospective descriptive type, the same that it realised with \nthe aim to investigate the incidence of pregnancy in teenagers of 14 to 19 years of \nage and the most frequent complications that present the patients that ingress to the \narea of Gineco-obstetrics of the Hospital Teófilo Dávila during the period August \n2012 – April 2013. \nThe universe is conformed by 1028 pregnant teenagers that were hospital in this \nestablishment. The recolection of data was realised by means of review of statistical \ndata which were processed to obtain the results and to his time allow us formulate \nthe conclusions and recommendations. \nLike result concluded that the pregnant teenagers constitute 25% of the total of \npatients pregnant ingress to the establishment, being more frequent in ages \ncomprised between 18 and 19 years of age, the greater part of which comes from of \nurban zones of the province of The Gold. \nAccording to data the tendency of the ecuadorian society to live in state of free union \nis evident. The illiteracy represents only 1% of all the teenagers since the majority of \nthem curse the secondary. \nThe maternal complications represent 45% of the whole of teenagers and the greater \npart of them curse a pregnancy with normality; inside the complications find anemia, \ninfection of urinary roads, childbirth pretermint and preeclampsia which produced in \n30%; besides they existed other less frequent complications like threats of abortion, distocias of presentation, pregnancies ectópics, oligoamnios and pneumonia, which \nrepresent 14%. \nThe incidence of teenage pregnancies is considerable as the investigated, by which \nis necessary to correct this problematic since it is likely that these figures increase in \nthe next generations, which will have big repercussion so much in the social field like \neconomic of the country.
