El presente estudio tiene como objetivo demostrar la necesidad de implementación de nuevas formas de contratos temporales de trabajo que permitan al empleador la posibilidad de contratar bajo distintas modalidades adecuadas a sus necesidades. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo; se aplicó el método de teoría fundamentada y comparada, así como la implementación de diseños de investigación por acción. Se encontró que existen diversas formas de contratación flexible para ser utilizadas por los empleadores y aquellos trabajadores a quienes les convenga realizar trabajos bajo las modalidades disponibles. La flexibilización laboral permite a las empresas contar con mayor liquidez para el crecimiento del negocio.
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the need to implement new forms of temporary employment contracts that allow the employer the possibility of hiring under different modalities appropriate to their needs. The research is of qualitative approach; the method of grounded and comparative theory was applied, as well as the implementation of research designs by action. It was found that there are various forms of flexible hiring to be used by employers and those workers who are convenient to perform work under the available modalities; However, there is a risk of developing vices in this regard, and the worker may lose his labor rights, such as job stability and access to social security. It is concluded that it is necessary to carry out a deeper legal analysis that allows to expand the forms of labor flexibility, but also to protect the worker
