Propuesta de un modelo de gestión para el mejoramiento administrativo y contable para la empresa Electrical Center ubicada en la ciudad de Quito.

El presente trabajo de investigación, se realizó en la empresa Electrical Center, que es una empresa comercial dedicada a la Distribución y Venta de Materiales Eléctricos de alta y baja tensión, iluminación y cableado estructurado. El estudio efectuado en la empresa se basa en un diagnóstico de la situación actual en la que se encuentra, para de esta manera, conocer sus principales falencias y los aspectos administrativos y contables en los cuales debe poner mayor atención para aprovecharlos y lograr un crecimiento competitivo en el mercado. Con los resultados así obtenidos se presenta un Modelo de Gestión Administrativo y Contable que la empresa puede aplicar, el mismo que contiene las principales políticas y procedimientos que ayudará a la empresa a mejorar en sus ámbitos Administrativo, ya que al platearse un direccionamiento estratégico tendrá un objetivo y una meta por los cuales seguir en el mercado, planteándose estrategias de crecimiento; y, en su ámbito Contable porque al contar con procedimientos previamente establecidos y un ejemplo ilustrativo podrá aplicar el modelo y registrar correcta y oportunamente sus operaciones diarias para obtener resultados económicos y financieros claros y verídicos que le permitan a la Gerencia tomar decisiones oportunas.
This research was carried out at the company Electrical Center, which is a commercial enterprise dedicated to the distribution and sales of high and low tension electrical materials, as well as of lighting and structured wiring. The performed study is based on a diagnosis of the current situation in which the company is, in order to learn about the main flaws and about the administrative and accounting aspects to which more attention should be given in order to take advantage of them and achieve a competitive market growth as well. Based on the obtained outcomes, an administrative and accounting improvement management model has been presented which could be applied by the company and that contains the main policies and procedures that will allow the company through an improvement in the administrative area. Posing a strategic addressing will provide it an objective and a goal to continue in the market by means of growth strategies. On the other hand, in the accounting area these policies and procedures will also enable the company to count on previously established procedures and on an illustrative example, where the model can be applied and thus register the daily operations accurately and timely in order to obtain clear and actual economical and financial results that will help the management to make appropriate decisions.
