Este documento contiene el diseño de un modelo presupuestario para la mejora de la Gestión Financiera de la Unidad Educativa “Louis Víctor de Broglie”, tomando en cuenta las limitaciones financieras de la referida institución. La base teórica está constituida por el presupuesto, que representa el conjunto de ingresos y egresos previstos en un período determinado, así como una apropiada administración de los mismos. También se consideraron las etapas del presupuesto, sus objetivos, los tipos o modelos presupuestarios y el indicador de evaluación correspondiente. Con estos lineamientos, se pretende desarrollar una propuesta acorde a las necesidades institucionales de la Unidad Educativa “Louis Víctor de Broglie”. Para ello, se analizaron los costos y gastos corrientes de la institución, así como su única fuente de ingresos, las pensiones escolares. Sobre esa base, se desarrolla una propuesta de carácter financiero, centrada principalmente en el diseño de un presupuesto y el cronograma de inversiones, que se constituyen en la herramienta principal de mejora financiera de la empresa.
This paper contains a research on the financial situation of the school Unidad Educativa“Louis Victor de Broglie”, taking into account the financial limitations of the institution. The theoretical basis is made of Budget, which represents the incomes and expenses for a Determined period, as well as the adequate administration of said resources. There were Also considered the determination of the budget, its objetives, types and models, and the Corresponding indices. With these guidelines the idea is to develop a proposal according to the needs of the school Unidad Educativa “Louis Victor de Broglie”. To this and there were analyzed the current costs and expenses, as well as its sole income source, the monthly payment of students. On this base it is developed a financial proposal, focusedon the design of a budget and the investment schedule, which make up the main too tofinancially improve the company
