La tesis fue desarrollada en 6 capítulos, en los cuales se trataron los siguientes: En el capítulo uno y dos se describe los aspectos generales del proyecto como: la historia de los vehículos y del mantenimiento preventivo automotriz, la importancia y beneficios del mantenimiento preventivo, además se determina si existe demanda insatisfecha de este servicio en el mercado y se desarrolla el marketing mix de la empresa “Auto Optimo”. En el capítulo tres y cuatro se realiza el estudio técnico y administrativo, en el cual se define la localización del proyecto, los recursos necesarios, y se analiza la estructura orgánica de la empresa reflejada en los organigramas estructural, funcional y posición. En el capítulo cinco y seis se determina la inversión total de proyecto y su financiamiento, también se realiza la evaluación económica del mismo utilizando índices de evaluación de rendimiento como el VAN, TIR, y B/C que permiten determinar la factibilidad del proyecto es decir si es rentable o no, además se establecen las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio realizado.
The thesis was developed in 6 chapters, in which the following topics were discussed: In chapters one and two general aspects of the project are described like: vehicles history and automotive preventive maintenance, the importance and benefits of preventive maintenance, and it also determines if exist unsatisfied demand of this service in the market and it develops the marketing mix of the company "Auto Óptimo". In chapters three and four technical and administrative studies were performed, in which the project location is defined, the necessary resources and organizational structure of the company reflected in the structural, functional and positional organigrams is analyzed. In chapters five and six the total investment of the project and its financing is determined, as well as the economic evaluation using index performance evaluation as the NPV, IRR and B / C for determining the feasibility of the project, it means if it is profitable or not, also the conclusions and recommendations of the research.
