La presente investigación constituye en una propuesta de un SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN FINANCIERA, que consiste en una herramienta desarrollada bajo criterios técnicos y relacionados sistemáticamente, para generar información útil, oportuna, instantánea que va a permitir tomar decisiones adecuadas con alto grado de certeza en el ámbito empresarial en la Empresa EMBACOR CIA. LTDA. La propuesta del sistema de gestión financiera se desarrolla, con enfoque del modelo de CONTROL INTERNO Coso II, principalmente en las áreas de Contabilidad, Análisis Financiero y Presupuesto, en el cual se desarrolla POLITICAS, PROCEDIMIENTOS, flujogramas y formularios que se generan en cada uno de los PROCESOS, que sirve de respaldo. En el desarrollo de la parte del sistema contable se realiza los registros de los ingresos, gastos y operaciones económicas de la empresa, con un ANALISIS FINANCIERO, y la identificación de las principales razones financieras, el presupuesto, y el análisis de sensibilidad en los 3 escenarios: deseable, crítico y optimo, considerando la variable de ingresos y gastos, como determina en el resultado final.
The present investigation constitutes a proposal of a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that consists of a tool developed under technical criteria related systematically, for generating useful, opportune, and instant information that will allow proper decision-making with a high degree of certainty in the business scope of the company EMBACOR CIA. LTDA. The proposal of the financial management system is developed under the approach of the INTERNAL CONTROL model Coso II, mainly in the areas of Accountancy, Financial and Budget Analysis, in which are developed POLICIES, PROCEDURES, flowcharts, and forms that are generated in each of the PROCESSES, that serves as backup. In the development of the part of the accounting system, the records of income, expenses and economical operations of the company are carried out, with a FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, and the identification of the main financial reasons, the budget, and the sensitivity analysis of the three scenarios: desirable, critical and optimum, considering the variable of income and expenses as it determines the final result.
