Nuestra investigación parte del análisis del sistema financiero ecuatoriano, desde una perspectiva de refiriéndonos a los entes de control y principalmente a la institución de la AGD y su actuación en la incautaciones realizadas a los bienes que pertenecían a la banca quebrada, el estudio nace como una necesidad personal que se desarrolló durante la vida estudiantil, la cual se refleja en el problema que significó la crisis financiera afrontada por nuestro país a principios de este siglo, ya que se denota que hasta la actualidad muchas de las acciones realizadas por la AGD a lo largo de su vida institucional tiene una discusión y oscurecimiento en su existir, por lo que la hipótesis a satisfacer es que se busque transparentar las actuaciones de la AGD principalmente en sus ejecuciones de captación de activos durante los años 2006 a 2008, y si se encuentra una responsabilidad de administradores, funcionarios o autoridades se procure una sanción a ellos.
Our investigation of the Ecuadorian financial system analysis, from the perspective of referring to entities and mainly control the institution of AGD and its performance in the seizures to the property which belonged to the creek banks, the study comes as a staff need to be admired for student life, which is reflected in the problem I mean the financial crisis faced by our country earlier this century, as it denotes that until now many of the actions taken by the AGD to institutional lifetime has a discussion and darkening in their existence, so to satisfy the hypothesis is that transparent look AGD performances mainly in its active uptake executions during 2006-2008, and if there is a liability of directors, officers or authorities seek a sanction to them
