En la actualidad, los padres de familia, en especial las mamitas, se ven obligadas a buscar fuentes de empleo y generar ingresos en su hogar para dar una mejor vida a sus hijos, lo que implica dejarlos al cuidado de algún familiar o conocido de su confianza, en algunas ocasiones, los dejan en guarderías o Centros Infantiles. En el presente proyecto se analiza la posibilidad de crear un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil en el barrio San Blas II, que brinde atención y servicios que haga sentir tanto a niños como a Padres de Familia en casa, y satisfacer sus necesidades educativas. Mediante el estudio realizado y a través de encuestas, se conoció sus inquietudes, opiniones y/o sugerencias. En el estudio económico se aplicó TMAR, VAN, TIR y PR dándonos un resultado positivo a dicha propuesta.

This project analyses the possibility of creating a child development center in the San Blas II Neighborhood, the parish of Quitumbe. The implementation is this Center will allow children, provide them with care and quality services, their educational needs and achieve tranquility of their parents. Through the study and surveys, met their concerns, opinions or suggestions. In the study of economic was applied, VAN, TIR and PR giving us a positive result to such a proposal.
