El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito elaborar un sistema administrativo-financiero para la academia artesanal de belleza “Atenas”., con el único fin de promover un desarrollo organizacional, disminuir riesgos, alcanzar mayor eficiencia y eficacia en los procesos dentro de las áreas con las que cuenta la entidad, pero con mayor interés en las áreas administrativas y financieras. Por lo antes mencionado la propuesta del sistema administrativo-financiero se fundamenta en las necesidades que tienen la academia y parte de los antecedentes planteando objetivos, políticas, procedimientos, actividades y encargados en las áreas administrativas y financieras. La academia contara con herramientas y manuales para evaluar el funcionamiento de las áreas, relación de actividades y logro de objetivos. La realización de estos procedimientos que fueron diseñados lograra conseguir información confiable y oportuna, para que las autoridades del establecimiento den seguimiento periódico para identificar falencias y corregirlas a tiempo y de forma apropiada.
The purpose of this research work is to elaborate an administrative-financial system, for the academia artesanal de belleza “Atenas”, with the sole purpose of promoting organizational development, reducing risks, achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness in the processes within the areas with which the entity has, but with greater interest in administrative and financial areas. The aforementioned proposal of the administrative-financial system is based on the needs of the academy and part of the background setting objectives, policies, procedures, activities and managers in the administrative and financial areas. The academy will have tools and manuals to evaluate the functioning of the areas, the relationship of activities and the achievement of objectives. The creation of these procedures was designed to achieve reliable and timely information, so that the establishment authorities can give a periodic follow-up to identify shortcomings and correct them in time and in an appropriate manner.
