Trabajo de Investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, específicamente Riesgos Psicosociales. El objetivo fundamental es Identificar los factores psicosociales y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de Lavanderías Ecuatorianas. La hipótesis plantea que: La identificación de los factores psicosociales mejorará el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Lavanderías Ecuatorianas. El fundamento teórico se basa, en el modelo de Herzberg los factores de higiene y factores motivantes, factores de riesgos psicosociales según Navarra, y efectos del bajo desempeño laboral. Investigación Cuantitativa, no experimental. La conclusión general se refiere a la identificación del nivel de exposición a factores de riesgos psicosociales en los trabajadores. Con la recomendación de tomar control en la variable de participación, implicación, responsabilidad, y la variable formación, información, comunicación.
This research paper study is about Industrial Psychology, particularly on psychosocial risk, the main objective of this research is to identify the psychosocial factors and their impact on job performance for workers in the Ecuadorian Laundry business sector.The formulation of the hypothesis is: The Identification of psychosocial factors to improve job performance for workers in the Ecuadorian Landry business sector. The theoretical foundations is based on the model of Herzberg's motivation/hygiene factors, the psychosocial risk factors as per Navarra, and effects on low job performance, as well as the not experimental Quantitative research. The overall conclusión concerns the Identification of the level of exposure to psychosocial risk factors on workers, with the recommendation to take control on the variables of participation, involvement, responsibility, training, Information and communication.
