Municipio Móvil – Quito Alcaldía, es un canal de servicios que tiene más de tres años de gestión trabajando por los ciudadanos de las parroquias rurales y urbanas del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito, brindando una variedad de servicios que ofrecen las dependencias municipales en un mismo espacio, estas visitas en territorio han ido aumentando progresivamente repercutiendo en las actividades que demanda del personal encargado de lograr el desarrollo del Municipio Móvil. En este sentido se planteó necesario ampliar el equipo coordinador para mantener la consecución del buen desempeño que permita cubrir las expectativas del cliente interno y externo del proceso. Así también, se establecieron competencias del personal coordinador del canal y de los funcionarios delegados de las dependencias municipales que presentan mayor demanda ciudadana, con el interés de aportar a la consecución del canal en investigación.
Mobile Municipality - Quito Municipality, is a service channel that has been operating for more than three years for the citizens of the rural and urban parishes of the Metropolitan District of Quito, offering a variety of services offered by the municipal offices in the same place, These visits in the territory have been progressively increasing, having an impact on the activities demanded by the personnel in charge of the development of the Mobile Municipality. On this behalf, it was considered necessary to expand the coordinating team to maintain the achievement of good performance that allows covering the expectations of the internal and external customer of the process. Likewise, competencies were established for the coordinating staff of the channel and for the delegated officials of the municipal agencies that present the greatest citizen demand, with the interest of contributing to the achievement of the research channel.
