El presente proyecto de factibilidad para la Creación de una Microempresa, está dedicada al turismo comunitario, en la parroquia de nono del cantón Quito, el primer capítulo es el Plan de Tesis, que comprenden los objetivos e hipótesis que se espera alcanzar y la metodología a utilizar. En el segundo capítulo se elaboró el estudio de mercado en el que efectuó el diagnostico socioeconómico de la parroquia. En el tercer capítulo se elaboró el estudio técnico, en el que se realizó la verificación de la posibilidad técnica de la prestación del servicio que pretende realizar con el proyecto. En el cuarto capítulo se elaboró el estudio organizacional, en donde se realizó la determinación de los aspectos internos de la microempresa de turismo, los procedimientos administrativos, aspectos legales, laborales y ecológicos. En el quinto capítulo se elaboró el estudio económico financiero, en donde se realizó el análisis financiero del proyecto en su totalidad. En el sexto capítulo se elaboró la evaluación del proyecto, en el que se evaluó si el proyecto es factible o no, mediante escenarios. Finalmente, en el séptimo capítulo se sistematizan las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la investigación
In the present project of the feasibility for the creation of a microenterprise, dedicated to the community tourism, in the parish of Nono in the canton Quito, contains seven chapters, where the fire chapter is the thesis plan, In which understand the objectives and hypotheses that we hope to reach and the methodology to use. In the second chapter was elaborated the market study in which was performed the Socioeconomic diagnosis of the parish. In the third chapter was elaborated the technical study, in which was performed the verification of the technical possibility of the service presentation that pretend carry out the project. In the Fourth chapter was elaborated the Organizational study, in which was performed the determination of the organizational aspects of the microenterpise of tourism, the legal, labor and ecological process. In the fifth chapter was performed the Economic financial study, in which was done the financial analysis of project in its whole. In the sixth chapter was performed the Project evaluation which was evaluated whether the project is feasible or not, through scenarios. Finally in the seventh chapter are systematized the conclusions and recommendations of the investigation.
