El presente estudio de investigación, constituye una fuente de aplicación efectiva de un sistema financiero y contable, para que la empresa pueda establecer información real, efectiva y eficiente. Para lo cual se ha tomado en cuenta la misión, visión, objetivos y organigrama actual, elementos fundamentales para adoptar las estrategias adecuadas. Para mejorar la situación actual, se recomienda poner en práctica un manual de procedimientos para los trabajadores, se establece políticas para el uso de los materiales de trabajo, se recomienda la formación del personal en curso de capacitación continua. Con un análisis cuidadoso de la Administración y la Gestión financiera, se detecta la carencia del trabajo estándar y la falta de un sistema contable adecuado, el cual proporcione información actualizada de forma inmediata, facilitando la toma de decisiones, por lo que se realiza el respectivo análisis de los paquetes existentes en el mercado, de acuerdo al volumen de transacciones realizadas, optando por la mejor opción para la empresa.
The present investigation study, it constitutes a source of effective application of a financial and countable system, so that the company could establish real, effective and efficient information. For which there has been taken into consideration the mission, vision, targets and current flow chart, fundamental elements to adopt the suitable strategies. To improve the current situation, it is recommended to put into practice a procedures manual for the workpeople, politics is established for the use of the materials of work, the personnel training is recommended during continuous training. With a careful analysis of the Administration and the financial Management, there is detected the lack of the standard work and the absence of a suitable countable system, which provides updated information of immediate form, facilitating the decision making, by what there is realized the respective analysis of the existing bundles on the market, in accordance with the volume of realized deals, choosing for the best option for the company.
