Esta investigación tiene como finalidad brindar una propuesta de procedimientos administrativos y financieros, cuyo objetivo es mejorar el desempeño del personal y el de sus directivos y a su vez fortalecer el área administrativa financiera, ya en que la actualidad la microempresa refleja deficiencias en estos ámbitos, además no cuenta con una estructura definida ni mecanismos que ayuden al buen manejo de los recursos. Todos los aspectos mencionados, han llevado a tomar la iniciativa de cambiar las formas y maneras de proceder en la microempresa, tomando en cuenta todos los recursos necesarios los mismos que ahorrarían tiempo y dinero, y así permitir que tengan un trabajo eficiente y eficaz. Los procedimientos administrativos - financieros permitirán que la microempresa tenga un buen desenvolvimiento en todas las áreas y como también en sus recursos, con el fin de tener solvencia y capacidad de crecimiento dentro y fuera de la ciudad.
This research aims to provide a proposal for administrative and financial procedures, whose objective is to improve the performance of staff and their managers and strengthen the financial administrative area, since today this microenterprise reflects deficiencies in these areas, additionally it does not have a defined structure, nor mechanisms that help the good management of resources. All of the aforementioned aspects have led to taking the initiative to change the ways and means of proceeding in the microenterprise, taking into account all the necessary resources that would save time and money, thus allowing them to have an efficient and effective work. The administrative and financial procedures will allow the microenterprise to have a good development in all areas and also in its resources, in order to have solvency and growth capacity in and out of the city.
