Esta tesis ha sido elaborada con el propósito de implementar un Sistema de Gestión Administrativo y Financiero para el Pueblo Kitu-Kara, ubicado en el Cantón Quito, el mismo que ayuda a una buena planificación y funcionamiento adecuado de las actividades del Consejo de Gobierno, evitando de esta manera errores innecesarios. El mejoramiento administrativo del pueblo en cuanto a la administración de la dirigencia, el plan estratégico del Pueblo Kitu-Kara, estructura organizacional; y en el proceso administrativo, con la finalidad de mejorar su trabajo en las comunas y comunidades. El mejoramiento financiero, es importante ya que ayuda a mejorar los procesos de tesorería, contabilidad y presupuesto. Además se propuso mediante un ejemplo práctico como deberá elaborar los estados financieros, analizar los mismos mediante indicadores financieros. Se planteó un organigrama funcional, estructura organización con áreas y funciones bien definidas, que servirán como guía de orientación en la parte administrativa y financiera del pueblo, de esta manera lograr objetivos y metas establecidos.
This thesis was elaborated with the purpose of implementing an Administrative and Financial management system for the people KITU-KARA, located in the County of Quito, that will help with good planning an adequate operation in the Government Council, avoiding unnecessary mistakes. The administrative enhancement of the group referring to the administration of the leadership, the strategic plan of the Kitu-Kara group, organizational structure and in the administrative process with the objective of doing a better job in the communes and the community. Financial improvements are important and will help in the treasury processes, accounting and budgeting. Besides it was proposed that thru a practical example how the financial statements must be made, and the analysis of them with financial indicators. A functional organigram was made, an structure with areas and well defined functions that will be the guide in the administrative and financial areas of this group and achieving this way the objectives and goals set.
