El presente trabajo de titulación, se desarrolla en la Fundación Maquita Cushunchic Comercializando como Hermanos-MCCH, organización que promueve la articulación de familias y comunidades de sectores con un alto índice de pobreza y exclusión, en busca de un desarrollo humano sostenible endógeno, mediante el impulso de iniciativas de Economía social y solidaria enmarcadas en los principios del comercio justo. La presente propuesta tiene por objeto contribuir a la gestión del área de PROYECTOS de la Fundación MCCH, y así garantizar la eficiencia y eficacia en la administración y justificación de los fondos no reembolsables provenientes de la COOPERACIÓN, el SISTEMA de gestión especifico consolida los procesos de Diseño, Monitoreo y CONTROL FINANCIERO, lo que permitirá fidelizar e incorporar nuevos organismos financistas que mantengan una misión a fin a las líneas estratégicas de trabajo promovidas por parte de la Fundación MCCH.
This thesis research project was developed in the Maquita Cushunchic Foundation Marketed as Hermanos-MCCH, an organization that promotes collaboration of families and communities in sectors that have a high level of poverty and exclusion, in order to seek sustainable endogenous human development by means of starting social economy and solidarity initiatives that define that principles of fair business. The objective of this proposal is to contribute to the management of the PROJECT area of the MCCH Foundation, and thus guarantee effectiveness and efficiency in the administration and justification of non-refundable funds resulting from the COOPERATION, the management SYSTEM, specifically in consolidating the design, monitoring, and INTERNAL CONTROL processes, which will allow the company to build loyalty and incorporate new financial organizations that have missions that coincide with the stratetic paths of the work promoted in part by the MCCH Foundation.
