El presente proyecto, nace por la necesidad de generar ingresos económicos y fuentes de empleos, ya que en los últimos años el turismo en el Ecuador y el crecimiento de Entidades comerciales han representado la mayor fuente de ingresos en la Ciudad de Quito, para ello se pretende crear una nueva microempresa llamada M&M Rent Car que se dedicará alquilar vehículos de excelente calidad a través de un servicio oportuno, eficaz y eficiente que satisfaga las necesidades de los clientes, ésta se encontrará ubicada en el Norte de la ciudad de Quito en el sector Bicentenario. Es necesario realizar varios análisis e investigaciones, que permitan conocer las preferencias de las personas que conforman el mercado objetivo, por lo tanto, el trabajo contiene la siguiente estructura: En el capítulo I, introducción se habla de los antecedentes e historia de las empresas de alquiler de vehículos, así como también sobre el análisis socio económico de nuestro país. En el capítulo II, mediante el estudio de mercado, se realizó el análisis de la demanda y oferta, para establecer la demanda insatisfecha que el proyecto cubrirá. En el capítulo III, el estudio técnico se habla del tamaño del proyecto definiendo la capacidad utilizada, los costos y gastos requeridos. En el capítulo IV, estudio administrativo, contiene el reglamento legal, se establece el organigrama para la microempresa con las respectivas funciones de cada área. En el capítulo V, estudio económico financiero se estructura los estados financieros de la microempresa, considerando los ingresos, costos, gastos y capital de trabajo, luego del mismo se realiza la evaluación económica determinando el TMAR, VAN, TIR y el impacto ambiental del proyecto. En el capítulo VI, se elaboran las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio realizado.

In chapter 4 contains administrative study the legal regulations, the organizational chart for the company with the respective roles of each area is set. In chapter 5 Financial economic study the financial statements of micro, considering the revenues, costs, expenses and working capital , then the same economic assessment is performed by determining the discount rate , the VAN , TIR and the environmental impact of the project is structured. In Chapter 6 the conclusions and recommendations of the study carried out are made.
