Las ciencias administrativas permite la gestión administrativa de las empresas públicas y privadas cuenten con varias herramientas una de ellas es la planificación estratégica que se encarga de planificar a mediano y largo plazo. En la presente investigación de campo en el Parque Deportivo K2 Elite Sports se constituye en un aporte fundamental para la planificación, organización, dirección, control y evaluación de la institución antes señalada que hasta la presente fecha no cuenta con una herramienta adecuada en sus actividades por lo que se da una propuesta que permitirá que la gestión administrativa cuente con un organigrama estructural y funcional, un manual de funciones y procesos, un plan de capacitación, de mejoras y ampliación de sus espacios físicos y de recreación así como una planificación adecuado a mediano y largo plazo.
The administrative sciencies let the public as well as the private enterprises management to count on with several administrative tools; one of them is the Strategical Planning, with takes on the planning for the medium and long terms. The present field research, carried on the Elite Sports K2 Park, becomes a basic support for the plannign, organization, coaching, contrl and evaluation of the institution mentioned above, organization, coaching, control and evaluation of the institution mentiones above, since up to the present date does not have a suitable tool to perform its activities; this is why a proposal is given, so that the administrative manafement willl have a structural and organizational, a functional and a process manual(s), a training plan form improvement, recreation and expansion of its physical spaces, as well as a suitable, proper planning in the medium and long term.
