El propósito fundamental de este trabajo es el estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una microempresa de confección y comercialización de uniformes deportivos de excelente calidad con un servicio eficaz y eficiente que satisfaga las necesidades de los habitantes del Distrito Metropolitano de Quito. El presente proyecto en el primer capítulo trata sobre la introducción a la industria de uniformes deportivos, en su segunda parte se realiza el estudio de mercado. La tercera parte trata sobre el estudio técnico en el que se habla del tamaño del proyecto, definiendo la capacidad instalada y utilizada de la maquinaria. A continuación se procede al estudio administrativo, organizacional para luego determinar en el capítulo quinto el estudio económico financiero, en el cuál se elabora los estados financieros de la empresa. Luego se realiza la evaluación económica del proyecto determinando los índices de rentabilidad y finalmente se determinan las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones que constituyen la parte final del proyecto.
The purpose of this task is to study the feasibility for the creation of a micro-enterprise the manufacture and commercialization of excellent quality sport uniforms with an efficient and effective service which satisfies the necessities of the Quito’s Metropolitan District inhabitants. The first chapter of this project refers about the introduction to the sport uniforms industry; in the second chapter a market study is done. The third chapter is based in the technique study which tells the size of the project, defining the installed and used capacity of the machines. Next the administrative study is done, organizational and then to determinate in the fifth chapter the finance economic study in which one the enterprise financial states will be done. Later the economic evaluation of the project will be done to determinate the profitability rate, and finally to determinate the corresponding conclusions and recommendations which are the last part of this project.
