La Sastrería “El Príncipe” se dedica a la confección de Trajes a la Medida para dama y caballero, además cuenta con una amplia experiencia en el campo de la Confección por lo cual tuvo la oportunidad de incursionar en la Confección de Uniformes Institucionales. La empresa en la actualidad no cuenta con lineamientos administrativos que ayuden al manejo y control del talento humano, de la misma manera no cuenta con lineamientos contables que permitan controlar el manejo adecuado de cada una de las cuentas contables, haciendo que ésta sea propensa a tener riesgos corporativos que afecten tanto a las actividades que realiza, como al cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Es por eso que se propone un sistema de control interno, lo que ayudará al personal de la empresa a realizar sus actividades de manera eficiente, optimizando tiempo, recursos y logrando así minimizar riesgos.
The tailoring “El Principe” is dedicated to the confection of Tailored Suits for ladies and gentlemen. It also has an extensive experience in the Tailoring field because of that had the opportunity to venture into the Tailoring of Institutional Uniforms. Actually the company does not have administrative guidelines which help to the management and control of the staff, in the same way it does not have accounting guidelines which allow to control the management of each one of the accounting counts, causing that it is prone to have corporative risks which affect both, the activities in process and the accomplishment of the objectives. For this reason that it is proposed an internal control system, which will help to the company staff to do their activities in an efficient way, optimizing the time and resources and therefore minimizing risks.
