La presente tesis, titulada “Aplicación de una auditoría de gestión en el área de talento humano en MAPFRE-ATLAS Compañía de Seguros S.A.”, constituye una aplicación práctica de los conocimientos recibidos al cursar la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría. Su informe final se compendia de la siguiente manera: Capítulo I, describe las generalidades de la compañía. Capítulo II, se expone de manera teórica las generalidades y el proceso de la Auditoría de Gestión. Capítulo III, se refiere al direccionamiento estratégico de la compañía. Capítulo IV, se desarrolla el caso práctico de la Auditoría de Gestión en MAPFRE-ATLAS Compañía de Seguros S.A. Capítulo V, se desarrolla la propuesta de mejora para el área de Talento Humano de la compañía. Capítulo VI, se establecen las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
This thesis entitled "Application of an audit of management in the area of human resources in MAPFRE-ATLAS Insurance Company SA", is a practica! application of the knowledge received to pursue the career of Accounting and Auditing. Their final report summarizes the follows: Chapter I describes the overview of the company. Chapter II presents an overview of theoretical manner and process of the audit. Chapter III relates to the strategic targeting of the company. Chapter IV develops the practical case of the Audit Management MAPFRE-ATLAS Insurance Company SA Chapter V develops the proposed improvements to the area of Human Resource of the company. Chapter VI establishes the respective conclusions and recommendations.
