Para el desarrollo del trabajo que tiene como título ANÁLISIS Y MEJORAMIENTO DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA EL CUMPLIMIENTO TRIBUTARIO EN LA SOCIEDAD GENERAL DE AUTORES Y COMPOSITORES DEL ECUADOR SAYCE, se vio la necesidad de contar con valores reales y acordes a la situación actual en este mundo globalizado es importante mencionar que la entidad es controlada por el Instituto Ecuatoriano de Propiedad Intelectual sin embargo , en temas tributarios está controlado por el Servicio de Rentas Internas el cual dicta ciertos requerimientos obligatorios a cumplir. Como el objetivo general es conocer íntegramente los procedimientos para el cumplimiento tributario y determinar mejoramientos en los mismos para obtener efectividad normar procedimientos, crear uniformidad tributaria en la Sociedad de Autores y Compositores del Ecuador SAYCE, y cumplir con el pago de impuestos de forma oportuna y evitarnos sanciones futuras.
For the development of the work is titled ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF TAX PROCEDURES FOR THE SOCIETY OF AUTHORS AND COMPOSERS OF ECUADOR SAYCE, was the need for real and consistent cost with the current situation in this globalized world is worth mentioning that the entity is controlled by the Ecuadorian Institute of Intellectual Property however, on tax matters is controlled by the Internal Revenue Service which dictates certain mandatory to meet requirements. As the general objective is fully aware of the procedures for tax compliance and determine improvements in effectiveness thereof for regulating procedures, create tax uniformity in the Society of Authors and Composers of Ecuador Sayce, and meet tax payments timely and spare us further sanctions.
