El presente trabajo de investigación se basa principalmente en presentar una buena Planificación Estratégica con la cual se ha identificado los principales problemas que enfrenta el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Atahualpa, tomando en cuenta el análisis de factores internos y externos, dándoles sus respectivas estimaciones de esta forma se ha aprovecha lo positivo con ayuda del análisis F.O.D.A.; a través del Direccionamiento se busca la estrategia más favorable, y así cumplir con los objetivos y metas propuestas por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado, con la aplicación de principios y valores; además se utilizara herramientas que servirán para equiparar y planear una mejora en la calidad de los servicios con el propósito de satisfacer las necesidades de cada uno de los habitantes de la Parroquia de Atahualpa, con ellos facilitara a los miembros del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado a contribuir en una administración con criterios de eficiencia y la promoción de proyectos e iniciativas que impulsen el desarrollo social, económico y cultural de los ciudadanos que habitan en la parroquia.
This research is based primarily on presenting a good strategic planning which has identified the main problems faced by the Autonomous Decentralized Government Atahualpa, taking into account the analysis of internal and external factors, giving the their respective estimations in this way takes advantage the positive with the help of SWOT analysis; through addressing the most favorable strategy is sought, and comply with the objectives and goals set by the Autonomous Decentralized Government, with the application of principles and values; tools also will be used to equalize and plan an improvement in the quality of services in order to meet the needs of each of the inhabitants of the parish Atahualpa, will facilitate the members of the Decentralized Autonomous Government with them to contribute to the proper administration, with criteria of efficiency and the promotion of projects and initiatives that promote social, economic and cultural development of the citizens living in the parish.
