El GAD de la Parroquia de Santiago goza de autonomía política, administrativa y financiera y gobierna de acuerdo a los principios establecidos por la ley. Los administradores plateamos el plan estratégica como un proceso para la toma de decisiones y alcanzar el futuro deseado, para ello tomamos en cuenta la situación institucional actual, los factores internos y externos que pueden influir en el logro de metas y objetivos, es decir que nos ayudara a decidir con anticipación lo que hay que hacer, quienes tienen que hacerlo y como deberá hacerlo. Este Plan Estratégico permitirá a las organizaciones como el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Santiago prepararse para enfrentar las situaciones que se presenten en el futuro mediante un análisis situacional, instruir la filosofía corporativa y definir los objetivos que se propone alcanzar el Gobierno Parroquial, estableciendo políticas, acciones y los recursos necesarios así como: talento humano, económicos y materiales para con ello obtener una gestión eficiente, eficaz y mejor la calidad de vida y trabajo para los miembros de la organización.
The GAD of the Santiago Parish has abundance in political, administrative, and financial autonomy and it governs according to the principals established by the law. The administrators bring forward a strategic plan like the process of decisión making and therefore reaching the future that is wanted; in orden to thrive we are taking into count the current institutional situation, internal and external factors that can influence the achievement of the goals and objectives, this is to establish that this will help us decide in advanced what needs to be done, who has to it, and how it should be done. This Strategic Plan allows the organizations like the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Santiago to prepare to overcome future situations through a situational analysis, instruct the philosophy of the corporation and define the objectives that the Parish Governmet plans to come through with, establishing policies, actions, and the necessary resources like: human talent, economical and material to therefore antaina an efficient and effective service, and to improve quality of life and work for the members of the organization.
