Prevalencia de denuncias de agresiones sexuales en las/los adolescentes, realizadas en la fiscalía de Pichincha, en el período enero a diciembre del año 2011

Se define como agresión sexual, el atentado contra la libertad sexual de otra persona, con violencia o intimidación, incluye conductas sexuales tales como manoseo, actos obscenos o lascivos, coito oral, penetración o introducción de objetos extraños en el vagina o ano, incesto. El estudio fue descriptivo, documental y retrospectivo, la investigación fue realizada en la Fiscalía de Pichincha, en la que se evaluaron un total de 566 denuncias de agresiones sexuales, 319 fueron adolescentes de 10 a 19 años, con una prevalencia de 56.3%. Según la edad la etapa más vulnerable para sufrir agresiones sexuales: 43% etapa media (14-16 años).El mayor porcentaje 28% el agresor es desconocido, 16% enamorado entre los conocidos, 12% padrastro entre los familiares. Según el peritaje médico las agresiones producidas integridad del himen: 49% desgarros antiguos, 8% desgarros recientes, en la región anal: 25% lacerado, 7% eritema, el subtotal de casos es de 75: el 100% de exámenes de la región anal el 40% son masculinos y el 60% son femeninos. El tiempo que acuden a denunciar: 43% no indica el tiempo y 6% menor a 6 horas.
It has been defined as sexual aggression, the attack against sexual freedom of another person, by using violent actions or intimidation, sexual behaviors are included, such as touching, lewd or lascivious actions, oral intercourse, penetration or introduction of foreign objects in the vagina or the anus, incest. The study was descriptive, documentary and retrospective. The research was conducted by the Pichincha District Attorney’s Office, where 566 sues of sexual attacks were evaluated, in 319 teenagers between 10 to 19 years were involved, with a prevalence of 56.3%. As per age, the most vulnerable stage where most of attacks occurred was 43% medium band (14-16 years of age). In the highestpercentage 28% the perpetrator is unidentified, 16% the fiancé among known people, 12% stepfather among relatives. Pursuant the medical expert examination of the hymen 49% show former detachment, 8% recent detachments; as per theanal region; 25% lacerated, 7% erythema, with a subtotal of 75 cases; out of 100% of examinations of the anal zone, 40% are masculine and 80% are feminine. There is no indication on time taken to submit the denouncement in 43%, and in a 6% it was less than 6 hours.
