El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar el plan de refuerzo académico que cumpla con las expectativas de mejorar el rendimiento de los/las estudiantes de la carrera de Pedagogía de las Ciencias Experimentales, Matemática y Física. Analizando el concepto de refuerzo académico nos indica que son las medidas educativas, individuales y colectivas, diseñadas por el profesorado, dirigidas a ayudar al alumnado en sus dificultades académicas. Con los datos obtenidos al momento de aplicar el instrumento, la encuesta, arrojan datos de gran semejanza para el segundo y tercer semestre, lo que indica que las dimensiones propuestas están en total concordancia. El programa y el registro de avance que se propone es acorde a las falencias que se encontraron, por lo tanto, se plantea la idea de trabajo idóneo acorde a la experiencia del investigador con el fin de implementar el refuerzo académico y mejorar el rendimiento de los estudiantes.
The objective of this research work is to design the academic reinforcement plan that meets the expectations of improving the performance of the students of the Pedagogy of Experimental, Mathematical and Physical Sciences. Analyzing the concept of academic reinforcement indicates that they are educational measures, individual and collective, designed by teachers, aimed at helping students in their academic difficulties. With the data obtained at the time of applying the instrument, the survey, yield data of great similarity for the second and third semester, indicating that the proposed dimensions are in total agreement. The program and the record of progress that is proposed is in accordance with the shortcomings that were found, therefore, the idea of suitable work is proposed according to the experience of the researcher in order to implement academic reinforcement and improve student performance. students
