La contabilidad siendo una herramienta importante dentro del convivir diario para pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental para la debida toma de decisiones que tiene por objeto obtener resultados favorables al realizar inversiones económicas, la misma que garantiza el correcto control en las actividades y los distintos negocios. La empresa Kaluja Autopartes dedicada a la comercialización de partes, piezas y repuestos automotrices se encuentra en una fase de crecimiento económico, por esta razón es necesario que se cuente con un adecuado sistema contable, que le permita a su vez un buen manejo de sus transacciones, aplicando políticas generales, procedimientos y normas, al realizar la investigación a la empresa Kaluja Autopartes se conoció que la entidad no tenía un Sistema Contable para el manejo contable. Con estos antecedes se procedió a realizar la investigación utilizando técnicas como la encuesta, la entrevista y la observación, realizadas al personal directivo y administrativo respectivamente, con esta información recopilada se realizó un análisis, la misma que ayudó a establecer que si es necesario implantar un Sistema Contable. Finalmente se establece una propuesta de un Sistema Contable adecuado a las necesidades de la empresa, estableciendo claramente los procesos y controles para los módulos de caja, bancos, compras, ventas, activos fijos, etc. de esta manera reducir la ocurrencia de errores, fraudes y malversaciones para salvaguardar los bienes de la empresa.
Accounting being an important tool in daily life for small, médium and large companies has become a fundamental tool for the proper decisión-marking that aims to obtain favorable results when making economic investments, which guarantees the correct control in the activities and the different businesses. The Company Kaluja Autopartes dedicated to the commercializacion of parts, parts anda automotive parts is in a phase of economic growth, for this reason it is necessary to have an adequate accounting system,which in turn allows good management of their transactions, applying general policies, procedures and standards, when carryingn out the investigation to the Company Kaluja Autopartes it was known that the entity did not have an Accounting System for accounting management. With this background, the investigation was carried out using techniques such as the survey, the interview and the observation, carried out to the managerial and administrative staff, respectively, with this information collected, an analysis was carried out, which helped to establish that if it is necessary to implement an Accounting system. Finally, a proposal is established for an Accounting System suitable to the needs of the company, clearly establishing the processes an controls for the cash modules, Banks, purchases, sales, fixed assets, etc. Reducing this way the ocurrence of errors, frauds and misappropriations to safeguard the assets of the company.
