Liga Barrial Atahualpa, es una institución de derecho privado, no lucrativa con autonomía técnica, administrativa y económica y tienen como finalidad dirigir, fomentar el deporte barrial del Valle de los Chillos. Mediante el diagnostico situacional se determinó las principales fortalezas - debilidades, oportunidades - amenazas que están siendo manejadas dentro y fuera de la Liga Deportiva Barrial Atahualpa, y se identificó que no cuentan con un Modelo de Gestión Estratégica. Motivo por el cual se propone el MODELO DE GESTIÓN ESTRATÉGICA PARA LAS LIGAS BARRIALES DE CANTÓN QUITO – CASO LIGA DEPORTIVA BARRIAL ATAHUALPA, en la cual se plantea la visión, misión, políticas, valores, organigrama estructural con su respectiva descripción de funciones; se realiza un análisis FODA y se elabora una Plan Operativo Anual para que sirva como un soporte en la ejecución de todas sus actividades planificadas. Se analiza el impacto social, económico y ético, obteniendo un impacto positivo alto lo cual va permitir ser una institución sólida y organizada en el deporte. Con todo lo mencionado se podrá realizar un control y seguimiento para que se cumplan los objetivos planteados y poder tomar decisiones correctamente.
Atahualpa Neighborhood League is a non-profit private-law institution and enjoys administrative, technical and economic autonomy. It aims to direct and promote the neighborhood sports of the Chillos’ Valley. Through the situational diagnosis, it was determined the main strengths - weaknesses, opportunities - threats that are being handled inside and outside the Atahualpa Neighborhood Sports League, and it was identified that they do not have a Strategic Management Model. Reason for which the MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD LEAGUES OF CANTON QUITO LEAGUES – CASE: ATAHUALPA NEIGHBORHOOD SPORTS LEAGUE is proposed, which Mission, Vision, Policies, Values, structural organization chart with its respective description of functions is proposed, a SWOT analysis and an Annual Operating Plan is prepared to serve as support in the execution of all its planned activities. The social, economic and ethical impact is analyzed, obtaining a high positive impact, which will allow it to be a solid and organized institution in sports. With all the aforementioned, it will be possible to carry out a control and follow-up so that the proposed objectives are met and decisions can be made correctly
