El trabajo de titulación está encaminado al restablecimiento en forma eficiente sobre la dirección de los recursos administrativos - financieros, el logro de los objetivos planteados por la JUNTA ADMINISTRADORA DE AGUA POTABLE, RIEGO Y SANEAMIENTO DE OYAMBARILLO; en el presente trabajo se ejecutó un estudio investigativo para tomar aspectos que intervengan directamente o indirectamente en el problema, utilizando la técnica de investigación como: la entrevista directamente involucrando a la Directiva de la Junta, y así obteniendo como efecto un breve análisis de información mediante el desarrollo del análisis de la situación actual de la institución. El cual tiene la finalidad de establecer y documentar las diligencias que la Junta realiza a favor de los usuarios, el cual nos ayudará a conseguir resultados efectivos y eficientes establecidos en este documento. Determinando posteriormente la propuesta de un modelo de Gestión Administrativo – Financiero, planteado el organigrama estructural de la Junta, mediante la repartición de funciones y responsabilidades al personal que conforman el Directorio de la organización, con sus pertenecientes políticas y procedimientos administrativos - financieros, procurando lograr un desempeño eficiente, para mejoramiento de la administración, para la Junta.
The titling work is aimed at the efficient restoration of the management of administrative and financial resources, the achievement of the objectives set forth by the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DRINKING, IRRIGATION AND SANITATION WATER OF OYAMBARILLO; in the present work, an investigative study was carried out to take aspects that intervene directly or indirectly in the problem, using the investigative technique as: the interview directly involving the Board Directive, thus obtaining as effect a brief analysis of information through the development of the analysis of the current situation of the institution. The purpose of which is to establish and document the measures that the Board performs in favor of the users, which will help us to achieve effective and efficient results established in this document. Determining subsequently the proposal of a model of Administrative - Financial Management, proposed the structural organization chart of the Board, through the distribution of functions and responsibilities to the personnel that make up the Board of the organization, with its pertaining administrative and financial policies and procedures, seeking to achieve an efficient performance, to improve administration, for the Board.
