La empresa ANDECOLSA S.A cuya actividad principal es la distribución y venta al por mayor de objetos artesanales en madera, tagua y textiles, cuenta con dos años de experiencia en el mercado, tiempo en el cual ha logrado consolidarse, gracias a la calidad de sus productos y a su excelente atención. Actualmente la empresa presenta falencia en el área administrativa- contable a consecuencia de la inexistencia de procedimientos, políticas, así como una débil estructura organizacional que impide alcanzar los objetivos institucionales, razón por la cual surge la necesidad de plantear el diseño de un sistema administrativo–contable que permita optimizar los recursos, delegar funciones, responsabilidades y autoridad de forma adecuada y brindar información financiera oportuna y fiable para la toma de decisiones gerenciales.
The company ANDECOLSA, S.A. which main activity is the distribution and wholesales of craft objects in wood, vegetable ivory and textile, has two years of experience in the market, time in which it has accomplished its consolidation, thanks to the quality of its products and its excellent customer support. Currently, the company presents flaws in the administrative and accounting area due to the inexistence of procedures and policies, as well as a weak organizational structure that prevents it from achieving its institutional purposes, reason why the need to propose the design of an administrative – accounting system arises, to allow the optimization of its resources, the delegation of functions, responsibilities and authorities in an adequate way to provide appropriate and reliable financial information for management decision-making
