Este proyecto tiene como finalidad crear una hostería en el Cantón Tena, con el propósito de promover el desarrollo turístico de la misma, para alcanzar dicho objetivo se ha realizado un estudio de factibilidad donde se analice si el proyecto será o no rentable. El estudio de factibilidad consta de un estudio de mercado que permitirá determinar la oferta y demanda que tendrá el proyecto, marketing mix para proponer estrategias que facilite penetrar en el mercado, Estudio Técnico donde se establezca las materias primas, materiales, mano de obra, equipos y herramientas necesarias para poner en marcha las actividades a realizarse, se puede establecer un estudio organizacional con el objetivo de determinar la estructura con el que la empresa se representara, las responsabilidades y funciones que tendrán los colaboradores, y un estudio financiero que ayude a conocer la inversión que se deberá realizar para que el proyecto se ponga en marcha, determinar los costos necesarios para su funcionamiento, los mismos que permitirán a la organización establecer un precio para ofrecer el servicio, evaluación financiera la misma que garantizará la factibilidad del proyecto, rentabilidad y viabilidad
This project aims to create an hostel in the City of Tena, in order to promote tourism development while assuring a feasibility study which will analyze whether this project will be profitable or not. The feasibility study includes a market study that will determine the supply and demand to take the Project for a proposal of a mix marketing at strategies to facilitate market penetration, Technical Study which set the supplies, materials, labor, equipment and tools necessary to implement the activities to be performed. An organizational study can be implemented with the aim to determine the structure with which the company will be performed, responsabilities and funcions that of the employees, and a financial study to help meet the investment costs necessary for this project to be launched and determine the necessary costs for functioning, this will allow the organization to establish a price to offer for services, ensure project feasibility, profitability and viability.
