El presente proyecto tiene como objeto principal establecer la factibilidad de crear una microempresa elaboradora y comercializadora de pantalones jeans en la parroquia de Chilibulo al sur de Quito, a través de estudios que permitan conocer gustos, preferencias y necesidades del mercado objetivo. El trabajo de investigación está siendo creado para determinar y satisfacer la demanda insatisfecha de pantalones jeans en la parroquia de Chilibulo, generando ingresos económicos y fuentes de trabajo, ya que en los últimos años aumentado el desempleo y ha disminuido los ingresos de industrias textiles en el Ecuador. El Proyecto llevará el nombre de microempresa “Jácome y Cía.”, misma que elaborará y comercializará pantalones jeans de calidad, marcando la diferencia con respecto al producto actual de la competencia nacional e internacional, productos que serán elaborados con materia prima de calidad, personal capacitado y maquinaria industrial. Jácome y Cía., como microempresa se ha preocupado del cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de constitución y funcionamiento establecidos por la ley ecuatoriana, de tal manera que exista una seguridad legal y transparencia ante sus empleados, proveedores y clientes. Finalmente, el estudio económico financiero determinó que el proyecto es viable, ya que existirá una rentabilidad a corto plazo al implementar la microempresa.
The present project has the main objective of establishing the feasibility of creating a micro-enterprise dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of jeans pants, it is located in Chilibulo, south of the city of Quito. The study will allow to know the desires, preferences and needs of the target market. The research work is being created in order to determine and satisfy the unsatisfied demand of jeans pants in the neighborhood of Chilibulo, generating economics incomes and sources of work, because in the last years the unemployment has increased and the incomes of the textile industry have decreased. The Project will be named microenterprise “Jacome y Cia.”, and will produce jeans pants of high quality, making a difference to the actual product manufactured by the national and international competence; the products will be made with raw material of quality, trained personnel and industrial machinery. Jacome y Cia. as a microenterprise has been concerned about the fulfillment of the requirements for its constitution and functioning, established by the law of Ecuador, in this sense, a legal security and transparency toward the employees, suppliers and customers will be guaranty. Finally, the economic financial study has determined that the projects is viable, due to the fact that a profitability will be gained in the short term by implementing the microenterprise.
