El presente proyecto busca impulsar el potencial productivo y turístico rural que existe en el cantón, e impulsar en la práctica temas trascendentes que a la brevedad posible se deben transformar en la comunidad. Para lograr este objetivo se buscará una reactivación de la estructura productiva del campo con la nueva alternativa del agroturismo como de una nueva creación de hosterías, a la par de una apertura de canales directos entre productores y consumidores que son los clientes, sumando a esto la construcción de una red de promoción de los atractivos turísticos de nuestra rica diversidad, como correlatos de este esfuerzo estarán, una permanente promoción del proceso productivo y la búsqueda de alianzas con posibles clientes, teniendo en cuenta que son aspectos primordiales que se están dando hoy en día en la actividad turística a nivel del país y como tal en el cantón. Esto es bastante necesario para el desarrollo de los pueblos en sus aspectos económicos, sociales, productivos, culturales y políticos. Para lograr estos propósitos el instrumento utilizado será la creación de la hostería agro turística cuyo nombre será “Jatun Wayku” en la comunidad de Alambuela cantón Cotacachi, en la que participarán los accionistas así como la comunidad, tratando así de lograr una relación directa entre productor consumidor, consiguiendo relaciones de comercio justo con precios reales, que no estén por debajo de los costos de producción y ampliando el conocimiento de nuestra riqueza turística, y como resultado de esto, mejorar las condiciones de vida de la comunidad y del resto de la población que se beneficia con la implementación de este nuevo proyecto. Para este propósito se programa una serie de actividades orientadas a introducir y más que todo motivar estratégicamente a los habitantes de la comunidad frenar la migración del campo hacia las grandes ciudades en búsquedas de fuentes de trabajo. Este proceso se realiza a fin de incentivar y motivar al espíritu emprendedor que cada uno de nosotros llevamos en el interior. La importancia y trascendencia de este Proyecto resulta notorio, ya que los beneficiados serán las comunidades aledañas. La propuesta llevada a la práctica favorecerá no sólo a los comuneros, sino al desarrollo y fortalecimiento cultural, lingüístico y socio-económico del cantón por ende del país, también a los actores indirectos. Para la profundización de los conocimientos en el tema de la Investigación han sido revisadas investigaciones de similar naturaleza, de científicos y técnicos a nivel internacional, información que servirá como marco de referencia y sustento teórico para el propósito emprendido, de manera análoga ha sido examinada la información de connotados investigadores que han tenido éxito en creación de hostería Agroturístico y concretamente sobre el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural en las comunidades rurales del Ecuador.
The present project seeks to promote the rural productive and touristic potential that exists in the canton, and to promote, in practice, transcendent topics that should be transformed in the community as soon as possible. To achieve this objective, a reactivation of the productive structure of the field will be sought with the new alternative of agrotourism as a new creation of hostels, along with an opening of direct channels between producers and consumers that are the clients, adding to this the construction of a network to promote the tourist attractions of our rich diversity, as correlates of this effort will be a permanent promotion of the productive process and the search for alliances with potential customers, taking into account that these are fundamental aspects that are being carried out today in Day in the tourist activity at the level of the country and as such in the canton. This is quite necessary for the development of the peoples in their economic, social, productive, cultural and political aspects. To achieve these purposes, the instrument used will be the creation of the agro tourism in whose name will be "Jatun Wayku" in the community of Alambuela Cotacachi canton, in which the shareholders as well as the community will participate, thus trying to achieve a direct relationship between the produce consumer, getting fair trade relationships with real prices, which are not below the production costs and expanding the knowledge of our tourist wealth, and as a result of this, improve the living conditions of the community and the rest of the population that benefits from the implementation of this new project. For this purpose, a series of activities aimed at introducing and above all, strategically motivating the inhabitants of the community to stop the migration of the countryside to the big cities in search of work sources is scheduled. This process is carried out in order to encourage and motivate the entrepreneurial spirit that each one of us carries inside. The importance and transcendence of this Project is notorious, since the beneficiaries will be the surrounding communities. The proposal put into practice will favor not only the community members, but also the cultural, linguistic and socioeconomic development and strengthening of the canton of the country, as well as the indirect actors. In order to deepen knowledge on the subject of research, similar investigations of scientists and technicians at the international level have been reviewed, information that will serve as a frame of reference and theoretical support for the purpose undertaken, analogously has been examined the information from renowned researchers who have succeeded in creating an agro-tourism inn and specifically in strengthening the cultural identity in rural communities of Ecuador.
