El desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo consiste en entregar a la empresa CEPRESFOR CIA.LTDA., un Sistema Contable con adopción de NIIF’S, considerando que el Ecuador y el mundo se encuentra frente a un exigente manejo y control de las finanzas siguiendo los parámetros establecidos por estas normas; de ahí que es importante que la empresa cumpla con las normativas exigidas por los organismos de control; el objetivo principal de esta investigación es proporcionar las bases necesarias para la presentación de Estados Financieros bajo NIIFS; utilizando técnicas de elaboración de procesos que abarquen una adecuada organización administrativa y contable; el resultado de la implementación del Sistema Contable, será el cumplimiento oportuno de la presentación de informes, pago de impuestos, transparencia de la información contable a los directivos. Para el caso práctico del presente trabajo investigativo, se tomará como base el ejercicio económico del 2013, considerando que la empresa fue puesta en marcha en julio del 2013.
The investigative work development is delivered to the company CEPRESFOR CÍA. Ltda., an accounting system with adoption of IFRS's, whereas the Ecuador and the world are in front of a demanding management and finance control according to the established parameters by these rules; for this reason, it is important that the company complies with the required standards by the control organisms; the main objective of this investigation is to provide the necessary basis for the presentation of Financial Statements under IFRSs; using techniques of processes covering adequate administrative and accounting procedures; the result of the implementation of the accounting system, will be the timely implementation of the presentation of reports, payment of taxes, transparency of the accounting information to managers. For the case of this investigative work, is taken as the basis the fiscal year 2013, considering that the company was launched in July 2013.
