En la actualidad las organizaciones modernas se adoptan a los nuevos sistemas de gestión y cada vez la exigencia de los consumidores de poseer bienes y servicios de calidad aumenta día a día, es un reto para las organizaciones poder mantenerse en el mercado y al tratarse de la calidad es aún más difícil por lo que poseer una organización la Certificación de Calidad en base a la norma ISO 9001:2008 es una ventaja competitiva frente a su competencia. El objetivo primordial de la certificación ISO 9001:2008 de SECURE SOFT ECUADOR S.A. es satisfacer planamente las necesidades de los clientes a través de la mejora de cada uno de los procedimientos administrativos como operacionales ayudando así al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos como son cumplir las expectativas del cliente y cumplir con los niveles de aceptabilidad en el mercado nacional. La metodología utilizada en la presente investigación fue el diagnostico situacional, control interno y la metodología de la norma ISO 9001:2008. La aplicación de los debidos procedimientos y registros en base a la ISO 9001:2008 ayudará a SECURE SOFT ECUADOR S.A. a mantener un sistema de mejora continua en sus procesos, mejorará cada uno de sus indicadores de gestión y el enfoque principal será satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes en un tiempo oportuno y eficiente.
Nowadays, modern organizations get used to the new management systems and each time the requirement of the consumers of getting goods and services with quality increases every day, it is a challenge for organizations to remain on the market and about the quality it is even more difficult because having an organization with Quality Certification based on the ISO 9001:2008 is a competitive advantage over its competition. The principal objective of the ISO 9001: 2008 of SECURE SOFT ECUADOR S.A. is to fully satisfy the needs of the customers through meet the needs through the improvement of each one of the administrative and operational procedures, helping by this way to the accomplishment of strategic objectives such as accomplishing the expectative of the customers and the levels of acceptability in the national market. The methodology used in the present investigation was the situational analysis, internal control and the methodology of the ISO 9001:2008. The application of the proper procedures and records based in the ISO 9001: 2008 will help the company SECURE SOFT ECUADOR S.A. to maintain a continuous improvement system in its processes. It will improve each one of the management indicators and the main focus will be to satisfy the needs of the customers timely and in an efficient way.
