Odeco Belting Solution Ecuador es una empresa en la cual su actividad económica se reconoce como industria metalmecánica y orientada a la fabricación y diseño comercialización de bandas transportadoras, el trabajo de investigación fue diseñado con el objetivo de implantar un adecuado sistema de control interno mediante el establecimiento de procedimientos ya que éste factor incide directamente en el desarrollo de la institución, lo que permite obtener un gran control en los campos administrativos, contables con la finalidad de alcanzar un alto rendimiento de las personas que laboran en la institución, ser competitivos y por ende se logrará un mayor mercado a través de brindar una atención al cliente de calidad. Con la aplicación del sistema Coso II obtendrá información confiable y oportuna, esto facilitará la toma de decisiones gerenciales. Es una herramienta para la empresa, se realizó una evaluación de control interno mediante cuestionarios para determinar la presencia de ineficiencias, con la finalidad de mejorar los procedimientos que ayuden a mejorar la gestión de la misma y le permita una adecuada utilización de sus recursos de manera eficiencia y eficacia.
Odeco Belting Solutions Ecuador Is a company in which its economic activity is recognized as a metalworking industry and oriented to the manufacture and marketing of conveyor belts, the research work was designed with the objective of implementing an adequate internal control system establishing procedures, since this factor directly affects the development of the organization, which will allow a great control in the administrative and accounting fields with the objective of achieving high performance of the staff, that work in the institution, so they become competitive and therefore obtain a greater market through providing quality customer service. With the application of the COSO II system you will obtain reliable and timely information, this will facilitate the making of managerial decisions. A tool for the company, an internal control evaluation was carried out through questionnaires to determine the presence of inefficiencies, to improve the procedures that help the management of them and allow an adequate use of its resources in a way efficiency and effectiveness.
