Antecedentes: El presente trabajo académico ha sido realizado en virtud de los yerros en la forma de realizar la notificación, teniendo como Objetivo General: Fundamentar doctrinariamente como una adecuada notificación hace efectivo el debido proceso. Metodología: Es una investigación de índole jurídico-descriptiva, cuantitativa no experimental, que permite obtener conocimiento sobre el grado de insatisfacción de los profesionales del derecho en libre ejercicio con respecto de la notificación. Resultados: Con la finalidad de una vez realizado el proceso investigativo elaborar las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivas, como también la elaboración de una propuesta que conlleve a la solución de la problemática establecida.
Background: The present academic work has been carried out by virtue of the errors in the way of making the notification, having as a General Objective: Determine what are the main shortcomings in the acts of communication (notification) within a judicial process, with the purpose to propose a solution to avoid incurring in procedural nullities, that violate due process, and that generate the presentation of jurisdictional guarantees and constitutional control actions. Methodology: This is a non-experimental, quantitative-descriptive, legal research that provides information on the degree of dissatisfaction of legal professionals in free exercise with respect to notification. Results: With the purpose of once the investigative process is done, draw up the respective conclusions and recommendations, as well as the elaboration of a proposal that leads to the solution of the established problem.
