Planificación financiera y su incidencia en la toma de decisiones en la Clínica Sánchez Villalta de la ciudad de Guayaquil de los años 2019 - 2021.

El inadecuado o poco uso de la administración financiera incide en la ineficaz toma de decisiones dentro de Clínica Sánchez Villalta de la ciudad de Guayaquil. A partir de una investigación con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo a través de herramientas como la observación estructural, encuestas y entrevistas al personal administrativo- financiero de la clínica, se pudo realizar mediante correlación cual era la situación financiera-contable de la clínica. Al concluir con la evaluación y la revisión del proceso de planeación financiera, se pudo sugerir cambios necesarios para que la organización cumpla con sus principales metas y objetivos empresariales. De igual manera, se tomó en consideración el convenio vigente que mantiene la clínica con el Estado Ecuatoriano, a través del servicio público para pago de accidentes de tránsito cuyas siglas son SPPAT. La clínica forma parte de la red complementaria de salud, lo que le permite a la organización captar recursos necesarios para su desarrollo y además, le permitirá empoderar el nombre de la empresa y ser parte de los líderes en atención de la salud.
The inadequate or small-scale use of financial administration affects the ineffective decisionmaking within Clínica Sánchez Villalta in the city of Guayaquil. From an investigation with a quantitative and qualitative approach through tools such as structural observation, surveys, and interviews with the administrative-financial staff of the clinic, it was possible to carry out the correlation of the financial-accounting situation of the clinic. At the end of the evaluation and review of the financial planning process, it was possible to suggest changes necessary for the organization to meet its main goals and business objectives. Similarly, the current agreement between the clinic and the Ecuadorian State was taken into consideration, through the public service for payment of traffic accidents whose acronym is SPPAT. The clinic is part of the complementary health network, which allows the organization to capture the necessary resources for its development and, in addition, will allow it to empower the name of the company and be part of the leaders in health care.
