La ineficiencia de los servicios públicos : posibles soluciones para optimizarlos.

Un Estado sin servicios públicos sería un reloj sin engranajes. Estos son de vital importancia para la subsistencia del Estado y para la satisfacción de las necesidades de los ciudadanos. Ecuador no es la excepción. A pesar de que en este país existe un diverso marco jurídico que regula los servicios públicos, con principios y reglas para su aplicación, la realidad práctica es muy distinta. Existe una problemática relacionada con demoras, actos de corrupción y malos tratos a la ciudadanía, motivo por el cual, es necesario buscar soluciones prácticas a fin de mejorarla, y con ello la calidad y confianza ciudadana en sus instituciones. En esta era moderna es indispensable hacer uso de las tecnologías existentes y por lo tanto actualizar a la administración pública. No solo se aceleraría los procesos, trámites o peticiones, sino que el usuario se sentiría más cómodo y satisfecho con quienes administran el Estado. En síntesis, en esta tesis sugeriré soluciones sencillas frente a estos inconvenientes de las diferentes entidades del país.
A State without public services would be a clock without gears. These are of vital importance for the subsistence of the State and for the satisfaction of citizens' needs. Ecuador is no exception. Despite the fact that in this country there is a diverse legal framework that regulates public services, with principles and rules for their application, the practical reality is very different. There is a problem related to delays, acts of corruption, and mistreatment of citizens, which is why it is necessary to seek practical solutions in order to improve it, and thus the quality and citizen confidence in their institutions. In this modern era, it is essential to make use of existing technologies and therefore update the public administration. Not only would it speed up processes, procedures, or requests, but the user would feel more comfortable and satisfied with those who administer the State. In short, in this thesis, I will suggest simple solutions to these problems of the different entities of the country.
