Investigación dirigida a Población Migrante ante la emergencia sanitaria COVID 19 en el país, se realizó mediante un análisis jurídico a la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana, permitiéndonos identificar la realidad de la problemática. Por lo tanto, mediante resultados obtenidos es que tenemos las debidas pautas para determinar criterios jurídicos cimentados, que posteriormente pueden servir de fundamento y justificación de una propuesta de reforma a esta ley. Compartir momentos vivenciales de migrantes en estado de tránsito, refugio, visitantes o residentes, resulta necesario dar a conocer al país lo impresionante que es observar que, ante esta pandemia, la mayor parte de estas personas no cuentan con un seguro médico ni público, ni privado, son personas que luchan denodadamente por vivir su día a día, el cómo van venciendo las batallas que se les presenta a diario. Notoria la responsabilidad del Ecuador ante la situación, la pandemia hace que el estado de ánimo en el migrante varíe, unos están alegres, otros enojados y/o tristes, ante crisis sanitaria.
Research aimed at the Migrant Population in the face of the COVID 19 health emergency in the country, was carried out through a legal analysis of the Organic Law of Human Mobility, allowing us to identify the reality of the problem. Therefore, through the results obtained, we have the proper guidelines to determine established legal criteria, which can later serve as the foundation and justification for a proposed reform of this law. Sharing experiential moments of migrants in a state of transit, refuge, visitors or residents, it is necessary to make the country aware of how impressive it is to observe that, in the face of this pandemic, most of these people do not have health or public insurance, or private, they are people who fight hard to live their day to day, how they win the battles that are presented to them daily. The responsibility of Ecuador in the face of the situation, is well known, this pandemic causes the mood of the migrant to vary, some are happy, others angry and / or sad, in the face of a health crisis.
