El presente trabajo de titulación aborda la relación que persiste entre el nivel socioeconómico y él porque afecta a la mujer en base a violencia dentro del núcleo familiar, si bien es cierto se ha convertido en un problema social, en donde la mujer es víctima de abusos y agresiones, el cual está afectando de manera psicológica ante la sociedad. Es por ello que se establece medidas de ley que abarque de forma transversal, los aspectos educativos, sociales, en mejores casos asistenciales, para llevar a cabo un test psicológico que ayude a la mujer a poder sobresalir sobre la fuente de agresiones por parte del hombre, haciendo uso del enfoque sistémico, el cual le permita tener conocimientos de cómo prevenir este tipo de casos dentro del hogar. Ya que en muchos casos si no se trata este tipo de situaciones, con el tiempo se genera estabilidad normal para el hombre, en donde se ve afectada la mujer antes situaciones de peligro el cual podría llegar al femicidio perpetrado por el hombre.
The present titling work addresses the relationship that persists between the socioeconomic level and it because it affects women based on violence within the family nucleus, although it is true that it has become a social problem, where women are victims of abuse, aggressions, which is affecting society psychologically. That is why legal measures are established that cover the educational, social aspects, in the best cases care, in a transversal way, to carry out a psychological test that helps women, to be able to stand out from the source of aggressions by the man, making use of systemic approaches, which allows him to have knowledge of how to prevent this type of case within the home. Since in many cases if this type of situation is not treated, over time normal stability is generated for men, where women are affected before situations of danger which could lead to femicide perpetrated by men.
