Este documento contiene el desarrollo del anteproyecto para el Teatro Biblioteca Municipal de Bahía de Caráquez del Cantón Sucre, Provincia de Manabí - Ecuador; el cual va desde el análisis crítico, la toma de decisiones frente a las condicionantes encontradas, los criterios de diseño frente a las problemáticas y el resultado de este proceso junto con la planimetría y material de apoyo para la interpretación del proyecto. La propuesta refleja un grupo de espacios que intentan recuperar y mejorar las actividades del antiguo Teatro Biblioteca Municipal, afectado por el Terremoto del 16 de abril del 2016. Cada nivel del proyecto adopta usos correspondientes a las relaciones espaciales estudiadas, en los cuales se aplican conceptos bioclimáticos que resalten el nombre de Bahía Ciudad Ecológica; teniendo en cuenta la transición de espacios controlados a espacios sociales y , que junto a la plaza -vestíbulo continuo entre calles trate de generar la sensación de continuidad dentro de su entorno inmediato y se proyecte como la extensión del espacio público urbano protegido por el teatro suspendido mediante vigas y columnas metálicas.
This document contains the development of the preliminary design for the Municipal Theatre Library Bahía de Caráquez; Manabí's Province - Ecuador; which goes from the critical analysis, the capture of decisions opposite to determining found, the criteria of design opposite to the problematic ones and the result of this process together with the mapping and material of support for the interpretation of the project. The offer reflects a group of spaces that try to recover and to improve the activities of the former Theatre Library, affected by the earthquake of april 16, 2016. Each level of the project adopts uses corresponding to the spatial studied relations, in which concepts apply to themselves bioclimáticos that highlight the name of Bahia de Caraquez eco-city; taking into account the transition of spaces controlled to social spaces and, together with the continuous square-vestibule between streets, try to generate the sense of continuity within its immediate surroundings and project itself as the extension of the urban public space protected by the suspended theatre by means of beams and metal columns.
