Description

El siguiente trabajo presenta el desarrollo del Edifico de Servicios Académicos de la UCSG, ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas. Como objetivo, el proyecto pretende la integración de los estudiantes y los espacios mediante zonas abiertas y cerradas, interiores y exteriores; así como una mayor comunicación y relación con los elementos del entorno. Está concebido a partir de la investigación y análisis pertinente del sector y sus condicionantes, para lograr la toma de decisiones en las soluciones formales y funcionales, respetando el programa arquitectónico presentado por las autoridades. Del mismo modo, el entorno y los recorridos estudiantiles son elementos claves en la confguración de los volúmenes y plazas, así como la disposición de las zonas: servicio, académico y administrativo. Cuenta con dos bloques, uno de aulas, ofcinas, bodegas, locales; y el otro el salón de usos múltiples, el cual pretende abrirse hacia la plaza y extender sus actividades. Ambos, integrados mediante la plaza y los recorridos peatonales.
The following document presents the development of the Academic Services Building of the UCSG, located in the city of Guayaquil, Guayas province. The project´s objective is to integrate students and spaces through open and closed areas, interior and exterior; as well as a greater communication and relationship with the elements of the environment. The project is conceived by means of the investigation and pertinent analysis of the area and its limitations, to obtain the decision making in the formal and functional solutions, respecting the architectural program presented by the authorities. Similarly, the environment and the student routes are key elements in the confguration of the volumes and public square, as well as the disposition of the following areas: service, academic and administrative. The bilding is composed by two blocks, one destined for classrooms, ofces, storage spaces, food court; while the other houses the multipurpose room, which aims to open up to the plaza and extend its activities. Both, integrated by the square and the pedestrian routes.
