El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como tema: La angustia en los niños durante el proceso de hospitalización: posible intervención a partir del juego desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica. Y tiene como objetivo general analizar la presencia de la angustia en los niños de 5 a 12 años de edad hospitalizados para la construcción de una posible propuesta de intervención. Tomando en consideración que para el psicoanálisis la angustia es el afecto que no engaña. A partir de una lectura inter e intratextual de algunas analistas, entre ellos Lacan y Freud, se llegó a proponer una modalidad de intervención como lo es el juego en niños hospitalizados con base en la teoría psicoanalítica. Para sustentar las teorías y la manifestación de angustia se realizó entrevistas a padres de familia y profesionales del ámbito hospitalario, lo cual permitió evidenciar la presencia de angustia y algunas de sus repercusiones. Además se plantearon dos viñetas clínicas realizadas en la práctica. Siendo el primer caso de un niño de 5 años de edad quien mantiene un diagnóstico de Leucemia Linfoblàstica Aguda con baja adaptación a la hospitalización y un alto nivel de angustia. Y el segundo caso de una niña de 9 años, quien es amputada de su pierna de emergencia por un accidente, presentando un alto nivel de angustia ante lo real de la falta. Siendo en ambos casos importante la intervención del psicólogo clínico para la regulación de angustia a partir de la representación de ficciones mediante el juego.
The present research’s theme is: Distress in children during the hospitalization process: possible intervention based on play from a psychoanalytic perspective. Its general objective is to analyze the presence of distress in hospitalized children from 5 to 12 years old in order to construct a possible intervention proposal. Taking into consideration that for psychoanalysis, anxiety is the affect that does not deceive. From an inter and intratextual reading of some analysts, among them Lacan and Freud, an intervention modality such as play in hospitalized children was proposed based on psychoanalytic theory. To support the theories and the manifestation of anguish, interviews were conducted with parents and professionals of the hospital environment, which allowed evidencing the presence of anguish and some of its repercussions. In addition, two clinical vignettes made in practice were presented. The first case is of a 5-year-old boy who has a diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with low adaptation to hospitalization and a high level of distress. And the second case of a 9 year old girl, who has an emergency amputation of her leg due to an accident, presenting a high level of anguish due to the reality of the absence. In both cases the intervention of the clinical psychologist is important for the regulation of distress through the representation of fictions by means of play.
